T<\/span>he ideologically-driven stupidity of leftists has been remarked many times, whether on declaring that eunuchs in dresses are real women and can get pregnant, getting the Covid vaccines two, three, four times and still becoming infected with Covid, or the blue-haired Karens with their cow-like rings in their noses. This stupidity is due to fanaticism, and fanaticism tends to halve a person\u2019s IQ.<\/p>\n

The above are all bizarre. Equally bizarre are those with \u201csuicidal empathy,\u201d a deadly variation of the Stockholm Syndrome. I first became aware of this bizarre mentality decades ago, during the anti-apartheid crusade era. A blonde American girl slumming in one of the townships of South Africa, supporting the anti-apartheid movement had stones and bricks thrown at her. She fled, tripped, and was stabbed to death by the noble native inhabitants she sought to help. Her\u00a0parents then flew over to South Africa to hug her killers and to tell them there were no hard feelings and that they still supported their anti-apartheid struggle. They were very virtuous.<\/p>\n

A stupid\u00a0Scottish\u00a0woman, described as a \u201chumanitarian\u201d who\u00a0liked\u00a0to help \u201casylum seekers\u201d ended up dead and her body stuffed inside a suitcase by a Muslim from Afghanistan.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<\/div>\n

The savages were sentenced to 18 years but were given amnesty a few years later. Her parents, along with her sisters, were there to support the amnesty, and went on to give a talk,\u00a0\u201cExtending the Boundaries of Human Rights.\u201d They then established the Amy\u00a0Biehl\u00a0Foundation with a $500,000 grant from\u00a0USAID\u00a0that doles out $5,000 to individuals. The parents\u00a0hired\u00a0two of the murderers to work in the foundation. They were, indeed, very virtuous.<\/p>\n

Here are other more recent instances:<\/p>\n

A\u00a0purse snatching\u00a0by a black thug resulted in the death of a woman. The criminal only got seven years (actually less, with inevitable parole). Her family said the sentence was fair, stating, \u201cWe know that Jen would not want someone involved in her death, whether complicit or not, to waste away in prison for decades, and we take some comfort in knowing Ishmael has a chance to repair some of the harm he has caused.\u201d Equally sickening was the defense attorney\u2019s statement, who declared that the thug would honor the memory of his victim. \u201cWe are so hopeful that the conversation about restorative justice will continue within the Oakland community.\u201d The victim was also an activist. She was intent on making a difference.<\/p>\n

A\u00a0white\u00a0woman who was a founding member of the Ann\u00a0Arbor\u00a0Independent Community Police Oversight Commission and worked for the homeless, intent of wanting to make a difference, was killed and sexually molested by a black ex-con.<\/p>\n

A\u00a0white\u00a0woman, described as a life-long activist,\u00a0and\u00a0a member of the Sierra\u00a0Club\u00a0Sangamon Valley Group, the Springfield Immigrant Advocacy Network, and Faith Coalition for the Common Good, was killed by an illegal alien from Mexico.\u00a0She was intent on making a difference.<\/p>\n

In Ireland, an\u00a0African\u00a0immigrant attempted to cut an Irishman\u2019s head off\u00a0and\u00a0the victim\u2019s\u00a0family\u00a0and others reassured everyone that the real danger is not the group of people committing these types of crimes, but the backlash against the illegal immigrants.<\/p>\n

An anti-ICE,\u00a0pro-Palestine\u00a0American\u00a0white\u00a0woman in Ireland thought she would show how virtuous and broadminded she was by having a Palestinian man for a boyfriend who beat her to death.<\/p>\n

A white elderly couple in\u00a0Mississippi demonstrated how kind and compassionate they were by hiring a black teenage thug with a criminal past to do some work. He killed them. They were intent on making a difference.<\/p>\n

An\u00a0NYU\u00a0student who was once\u00a0raped\u00a0stated that it was her conviction that rapists should not be imprisoned.<\/p>\n

Recently, 60,000\u00a0Muslims\u00a0suddenly invaded Spain. A white woman is seen welcoming them and urging them on. They then began to break into homes and set fire to cars. When some of the invaders were expelled, a group of Spaniards, mostly women, handed out food and drinks.<\/p>\n

It is well\u00a0known that Muslims despise homosexuality. Some want them all dead. In Berlin, a Muslim drove a car through a Pride festival. Several women spoke out that Muslims weren\u2019t the real danger but white men are, while others felt sad the criminal was a Muslim and not a white Christian.<\/p>\n

I hope I may be forgiven for saying this, but I find the following laughable: A\u00a0white\u00a0woman, outraged the reports of rapes in Haiti were overstated, went there \u201ccommitted to preserving the dignity of Black men in a world which constantly stereotypes them as violent savages.\u201d She was immediately raped, brutally so (as Georg Hegel said, \u201cIf theory and facts disagree, so much the worse for the facts\u201d). She then\u00a0wrote an essay blaming her rape on- \u2014 you guessed it \u2014 white supremacy and white patriarchy \u2014 and stated she was grateful for her experience. \u201cI want to remind them [everyone] of the many great contributions that Afro-descendants have made to this world.\u201d She didn\u2019t mention any. Obviously, she, too, was intent on making a difference.<\/p>\n

An illegal alien from\u00a0Mexico, \u201clooking for a better life,\u201d killed an Iowa student who was against deporting illegal immigrants. Elizabeth \u201cPocahontas\u201d Warren told the family that they should focus on the poor migrants instead of their daughter. CNN commentator Symone\u00a0Sanders\u00a0and Rekha\u00a0Basu, independent of each other, blamed the killing on \u201ctoxic masculinity.\u201d Well, the\u00a0parents\u00a0also didn\u2019t think that illegal immigrants were the problem. In fact, the\u00a0mother\u00a0afterwards invited another illegal immigrant to live with her.\u00a0She was intent on making a difference.<\/p>\n

The issue of rape\u00a0has always been an obsession with feminists. Yet, a feminist was raped by a black man from a\u00a0Third World country and Da Sistahs prevailed upon her not to raise a stink about it because \u2014 the rapist was a black man from a Third World country and you know how it is: there is an undeserved stereotype that black men are rapists. So she did not. She was intent on making a difference.<\/p>\n

A virtuous\u00a0German\u00a0family, overflowing with compassion took in a Muslim to live in their house. They were intent on making a difference. The Muslim then screamed at them that it was now his house while threatening them with a knife. In the\u00a0video one can see the German still being kind and virtuous, trying to reason with the vicious perp.<\/p>\n

In a\u00a0NYC subway a couple is stalked by a black man, who kicked the man. The soy boy ran away, leaving the woman behind to fend for herself and was grabbed by the assailant but managed to run away to nearby police. However, she refused to press charges because she \u201cdidn\u2019t want to put another black man in jail.\u201d She was intent on making a difference. The noble black man later murdered a retired teacher.<\/p>\n

A stupid\u00a0Scottish\u00a0woman, described as a \u201chumanitarian\u201d who\u00a0liked\u00a0to help \u201casylum seekers\u201d ended up dead and her body stuffed inside a suitcase by a Muslim from Afghanistan who then proceeded to use her credit cards.<\/p>\n

The pattern in all these cases should be obvious. However, there is something else to consider. During the Stalinist period, there were many, many instances of\u00a0 loyal Communists who had relatives sent to the gulag or executed, or who themselves were sent to the gulag; they remained fiercely loyal to the Party and to \u201cdear Comrade Stalin.\u201d They, like the liberals above, were unable and unwilling to realign their beliefs, their ideology, to conform with reality, with facts. As Gad Saad has said: \u201cI am amazed at people\u2019s unwillingness to deviate from their original anchored position even if I drown you in evidence to the contrary.\u201d<\/p>\n

Incidentally, I have noticed the very same mentality in many American Jews\u00a0who support Palestinians, and, the importation of Muslims into America even as they chant for the deaths of all Jews and the destruction of Israel.<\/p>\n

And lest any conservative reader becomes smug, let me state that some conservatives behave in the very same way when, proclaiming they are noble Christians, they engage in virtuous signaling by forgiving criminals for having killed a family member.<\/p>\n

However, there are others who believe otherwise. As one girl posted on Instagram, \u201cIf someone kills me, I don\u2019t want my killer forgiven. I want him, in turn, and everyone down to his sixth generation killed.\u201d<\/p>\n
