They repeatedly threatened to drop an anvil on Todd Blanche, President Donald J. Trump\u2019s nominee for attorney general, unless Blanche killed what Democrats called Trump\u2019s Revenge Fund. The Left instantly denounced Trump\u2019s patriotically branded $1.776 billion allotment for victims of weaponized government. Predictably, Democrats deployed their rustiest cliches: Trump arranged bonuses for his \u201cloyalists\u201d and those involved in \u201cJanuary 6.\u201d\u00a0<strong>(RELATED: Beware the Renegade Caucus)<\/strong><\/p><p>Democrats predictably cough up the same exhausted lines. They are malicious, brain-dead, and have absolutely nothing positive to offer the American people. So, they channel their Trump-hating bile and put their mouths on autopilot.<\/p><p>Maddeningly, Cornyn and Tillis\u00a0did\u00a0likewise. \u201cIt\u2019s befuddling to me,\u201d Cornyn said of Trump\u2019s program. The less-tactful Tillis attacked it as\u00a0\u201ca\u00a0payout pot for punks\u201d\u00a0and \u201cstupid on stilts.\u201d<\/p><p>Cornyn and Tillis have little love for Trump. He endorsed Cornyn\u2019s victorious primary opponent, Ken Paxton. Tillis has irked Trump by repeatedly stymying the SAVE America Act and other policies.\u00a0<strong>(RELATED: Afflicted With TDS, Four Senators Kill Election Integrity)<\/strong><\/p><div><blockquote><p>Trump\u2019s real goal: To provide\u00a0justice to those who\u00a0lost their fortunes or freedom due to weaponized law enforcement.<\/p><\/blockquote><\/div><p>However, these Republicans should understand Trump\u2019s real goal: To provide\u00a0justice to those who\u00a0lost their fortunes or freedom due to weaponized law enforcement.<\/p><p>Cornyn and Tillis prevailed. Blanche on Monday delivered the $1.776 billion fund\u2019s death certificate.<\/p><p>Regardless, Trump deserves credit for trying to do right by those whom the feds have done wrong. The good news is that the Treasury Department\u2019s\u00a0Judgment Fund\u00a0is alive and well. Since 1956,\u00a0it has\u00a0settled with and paid\u00a0parties whom Washington has harmed. Regarding baseless accusations that he helped the Kremlin subvert the 2016 election, Luba said, \u201cHe was deeply ashamed of the situation, and it struck at his pride and dignity.\u201d<\/p><p>She recollected watching an evening-news story on the Russia Hoax. \u201cI urgently need a lawyer,\u201d Lee told Luba. \u201cAlmost immediately, the phone started ringing with calls summoning him to questioning. From that moment on, his life \u2014 and ours \u2014 was turned upside down.\u201d<\/p><p>Russian-born\u00a0U.S.\u00a0citizen\u00a0Leonid Avrashov\u2019s\u00a0apparent \u201ccrimes\u201d were that he was associated\u00a0with Paul Manafort, Trump\u2019s former campaign manager, and that he had a credit card from\u00a0First Ukrainian International Bank. Its owner is multi-billionaire Rinat Akhmetov, reportedly Ukraine\u2019s wealthiest man.<\/p><p>\u201cI would often wake up in the middle of the night to find\u00a0Lee\u00a0pacing the house, unable to sleep,\u201d Luba recalled.\u00a0Her husband fretted about providing for his wife and their two young children as the DOJ\u2019s grip tightened. \u201cHis appetite disappeared. He grew nervous and irritable, and I could see the stress consuming him.\u201d<\/p><p>\u201cWe had no money for a proper lawyer,\u201d Luba added. \u201cI remember receiving calls from the bank about overdue payments on our house; foreclosure and eviction were real threats\u2026He borrowed money from friends \u2014 at least three that I know of. I am aware of one debt of $17,000 alone.\u201d<\/p><p>As matters deteriorated, Luba explained, \u201cHe secretly took a night job delivering pizzas. He borrowed a friend\u2019s car so that no one would recognize him. It was humiliating for him, and he asked me not to tell the children. He came home exhausted, complaining of pain in his leg \u2014 a sign, we later understood, of a developing blood clot.\u201d That\u2019s when Lee\u2019s severe, stress-related health problems began.<\/p><p>Luba believes that the \u201ccrushing pressure\u201d from what Lee called\u00a0\u201cnot just debts, but enormous debts\u201d\u00a0caused or at least accelerated his untimely death\u00a0in April 2021.<\/p><p>\u201cMy husband just turned 61 when he passed away,\u201d Luba mourned. \u201cIt was colon cancer, but it was not the primary illness. Granulomatosis with polyangiitis (formerly known as Wegener\u2019s granulomatosis) developed because of severe stress.\u201d According to an\u00a0October 2024 study\u00a0by Sichuan University\u2019s Qing Li, MD, PhD, \u201cCutting-edge research has uncovered how chronic stress disrupts the balance of gut microbiota to\u00a0speed up the progression of colorectal cancer.\u201d<\/p><p>The Russia Hoax seemingly made Lee Avrashov worry himself right into the ground.<\/p><p>\u201cThe legal ordeal and the debts he took on left\u00a0lasting damage, both financially and emotionally,\u201d\u00a0Luba\u00a0summarized. \u201cEvery sleepless night, every dollar borrowed, every humiliation he endured was the product of an investigation that was manufactured from the start. There was nothing there. He did nothing wrong. We drained our savings completely and later sold our home\u2026Without my lawyer, former US Attorney Dennis Vacco, we would be lost.\u201d<\/p><p>This ordeal crippled Caputo\u2019s business. \u201cSeveral public-affairs clients left me during the investigations and never returned. Many more decided not to hire me.\u00a0This forced me to close my public relations firm and appears to have cost me about $2.5 million in revenues\u00a0since 2017.\u201d<\/p><p>All for nothing.<\/p><p>\u201cI was not charged with any crime by the Democrat Russia Coup investigations,\u201d Caputo said. \u201cOutside official proceedings, I was\u00a0endlessly accused\u00a0by Democrat officials and their conjugal media of colluding with\u00a0Russia, but no proof was ever given.\u201d<\/p><p>Nonetheless,\u00a0this \u201cnothing\u201d hammered Caputo and his loved ones.<\/p><p>\u201cThe Democrat\u00a0Russia\u00a0Coup investigations destroyed my successful career, destroyed my business, nearly destroyed my family, and was particularly destructive for my daughters,\u201d Caputo stated. \u201cThe harassment and violence which the coup plotters intentionally inspired against my family drove my cancer and forced us to leave our hometown and move to a remote location in the Everglades for our safety. We are still there.\u201d<\/p><p>Caputo successfully battled throat and neck cancer, which he believes was exacerbated by Russia Hoax-related anxiety. He still contends with constant,\u00a0severe tinnitus, a relentless side effect of his chemotherapy.<\/p><p>\u201cThe Democrat coup plotters wanted to stack the bodies of Trump loyalists and their families \u2014\u00a0our children \u2014\u00a0high enough that nobody ever\u00a0would\u00a0challenge them again,\u201d Caputo said. \u201cThank God for Donald\u00a0J.\u00a0Trump. He\u00a0beat them. General Michael Flynn, stumbled into a meat grinder after speaking with\u00a0Russia\u2019s then-ambassador to Washington, Sergey Kislyak,\u00a0during Trump\u2019s first transition period. To pay these massive bills, Flynn had to\u00a0sell his three-bedroom townhouse in Old Town Alexandria, Virginia. However, the record shows that he paid the Justice Department a\u00a0$200 special assessment, an $800 special assessment, a $5,000 fine,\u00a0$6,164,032 in restitution,\u00a0$11 million in forfeiture, and\u00a0<em>another<\/em>\u00a0$25,497,487.60\u00a0in restitution.\u00a0Amid this financial bloodbath,\u00a0Manafort\u00a0surrendered his Brooklyn brownstone, a condominium in Old Town Alexandria, Virginia, and a 10-bedroom mansion in Bridgehampton,\u00a0New York.\u00a0(Stephen M. Calk, Manafort\u2019s mortgage banker, underwent his\u00a0very\u00a0own\u00a0cruel and unusual weaponization torture, for which President Trump should pardon him.)\u00a0<strong>(RELATED: <\/strong><strong>Punish or Perish<\/strong><strong>)<\/strong><\/p><p>The\u00a0Russia\u00a0Hoax\u00a0also\u00a0cost\u00a0Manafort\u00a0something priceless: His freedom.<\/p><p>Manafort\u00a0spent\u00a0nearly two years in federal prison, from June 2018 to May 2020, in solitary confinement. He then remained under house arrest during the COVID pandemic before Trump pardoned him on Dec. 23, 2020. As he also explains in his chilling memoir,\u00a0<em>Deep State Target: How I Got Caught in the Crosshairs of the Plot to Bring Down President Trump<\/em>,\u00a0Papadopoulos\u00a0is mystified how he got vacuumed into the Russia Hoax.<\/p><p>\u201cAccording to\u00a0former Deputy Attorney General\u00a0Rod J.\u00a0Rosenstein\u2019s\u00a0memo,\u00a0I was under investigation for acting as\u00a0\u2018a foreign agent of Israel,\u2019\u201d\u00a0Papadopoulos\u00a0said. \u201cTo this day,\u00a0I still never saw any evidence of what they based it on.\u201d<\/p><p>\u201cI was violently arrested at Dulles\u00a0Airport in D.C., after a trans-Atlantic flight, intercepted by no\u00a0fewer\u00a0than\u00a010 FBI\u00a0agents,\u00a0and placed in shackles,\u201d he remembered. \u201cI believe the\u00a0FBI\u00a0agents involved in my case, Curtis Heide and Michael McSwain, acted at\u00a0least unethically and potentially illegally. A SWAT team\u00a0launched\u00a0a pre-dawn raid against this non-violent senior citizen, then 68,\u00a0with no\u00a0criminal record. Officers in SCUBA gear\u00a0prowled\u00a0the waters near Stone\u2019s residence,\u00a0perhaps fearing he would swim away. Magically, CNN knew about this action in advance and captured every\u00a0harrowing\u00a0moment on camera.<\/p><p>The Russia Hoax turned Stone\u2019s finances into gravel. \u201cWe literally lost everything,\u201d he told me. \u201cI simply ran out of cash.\u201d<\/p><p>\u201cAfter losing our home, our savings, our insurance, and my car \u2014 and because the unconstitutional gag order placed on me by Judge Amy Berman Jackson prevented me\u00a0from\u00a0making a living by writing or speaking on any subject \u2014 I had to raise $2.6 million for my legal defense fund,\u201d Stone said. \u201cIt came\u00a0from\u00a0over 12,000 small donors, many of them giving multiple times.\u201d<\/p><p>Mueller\u2019s prosecutors told two federal judges that they suspected Stone had committed treason, conspiracy, money laundering, counterfeiting, and more.<\/p><p>\u201cAfter gaining legal access to all of my emails, text messages, and phone records, they found no evidence of any of these crimes,\u201d Stone\u00a0asserted. \u201cInstead, they manufactured the so-called \u2018process crime\u2019 of lying under oath to Congress during my\u00a0<em>voluntary<\/em>\u00a0testimony before the House Intelligence Committee.\u201d<\/p><p>\u201cI was then railroaded in a Soviet-style show trial in which the judge withheld exculpatory evidence from my defense attorneys,\u201d Stone recounted. \u201cThe jury forewoman \u2014 who swore during jury selection and throughout the trial that she was not familiar with me or my case \u2014 was later revealed to have publicly attacked both me and President Trump by name for 19 months, but kept those barbs hidden on a private setting to conceal them during jury selection.\u201d<\/p><p>At sentencing, the judge declared: \u2018You have been convicted of lying to cover up for Donald Trump.\u2019 Yet I was neither charged with nor convicted of any such crime.\u201d<\/p><p>Stone would have spent up to 40 months in federal prison absent\u00a0Trump\u2019s pardon\u00a0on\u00a0Dec. 23, 2020.<\/p><p>And yet Stone\u2019s misery continues.<\/p><p>\u201cWe still consistently receive death threats, and there have been many ugly scenes in restaurants, supermarkets, airports, and other public settings where radical leftists have threatened us with physical violence,\u201d Stone\u00a0grieved. \u201cI cannot travel outside my immediate neighborhood \u2014 particularly out of state \u2014 without paid security, even in those instances when I am able to secure a paid speaking engagement.\u201d<\/p><p>It gets uglier.<\/p><p>Stone stated:\u00a0\u201cPerhaps the lowest point of this entire ordeal was when my eldest granddaughter went into the hospital to give birth to my great-grandson, and a leftist who recognized her called her hospital room to say that he hoped her child would be stillborn.\u201d<\/p><p>The FBI, House and Senate intelligence committees, and\u00a0the Mueller inquiry all confirmed that\u00a0<em>no American\u00a0<\/em>helped Russia\u00a0meddle\u00a0in the 2016 election. Not Trump. Not any of his\u00a0supporters. These patriots did nothing wrong, other than back Trump\u2019s presidential campaign, which was perfectly legal. But why\u00a0would\u00a0the Deep State tolerate perfectly lawful behavior?<\/p><p>Compare the abuse, prison, and death heaped upon Trump\u2019s allies \u2014 none of whom ever helped Russia influence the 2016 election \u2014 versus Hillary Clinton\u2019s spa-like treatment by federal law enforcement.\u00a0Her campaign used the Perkins Coie law firm and its associates to develop the so-called \u201cDirty Dossier.\u201d It falsely accused Team Trump of Russia collusion. Its chief source? Igor Danchenko, a Russian citizen!<\/p><p>The Federal Election Commission fined Hillary for America a paltry $8,000.<\/p><p>For materially supporting this\u00a0<em>actual<\/em>\u00a0Russian collusion, the Democrat National Committee paid the FEC a $105,000 fine in March 2022. No SWAT teams. No home raids. No trials.\u00a0No prison cells.\u00a0No dead spouses.<\/p><p>Avrashov,\u00a0Caputo, Flynn,\u00a0Gordon,\u00a0Manafort,\u00a0Papadopoulos, Stone, and others whom this\u00a0sadistic, Democrat-run, two-track \u201cjustice\u201d system\u00a0brutalized warrant relief from\u00a0the Judgment Fund.\u00a0Their massive legal outlays should be\u00a0reimbursed.
