It’s become something of a rallying point for boomer conservatives (boomercons), but it’s far from the most troubling aspect of the LGBT agenda, and female athletes who are wrongly robbed of their medals and achievements are far from the most vulnerable group targeted by that agenda.

Read more Hollywoke’s War on Heroes

A recent story out of the real-life dystopian hellscape of Canada illustrates the point. According to the National Post, a same-sex couple in Canada is suing the surrogate mother whose son they adopted (bought) after she refused to abort the child when he was diagnosed with a cleft lip. While the lawsuit does not specifically cite the refusal to kill the unborn baby via abortion, instead listing a variety of other vague grievances, like failing to keep the same-sex couple updated on the baby’s health or causing them “emotional distress,” both the unnamed surrogate mother and the head of the agency who arranged her relationship with the couple stipulated that the refusal to end the baby’s life is the cause behind the action.

At some point, the abuse of children by same-sex couples — whether through traditional adoption or surrogacy — will have to be brought to an end.

“That’s when everything changed … they wanted a termination,” Sally Rhoads-Heinrich, owner of Surrogacy in Canada Online, said, according to the National Post. “I just feel used,” the surrogate mother said. “They didn’t get the perfect child they wanted and they threw me away.” University of Calgary bioethics professor Juliet Guichon also noted that the issue of the cleft lip “can be completely overcome by surgery and therapy,” adding, “The question arises as to whether it is in the best interests of the child to be raised by these people.”

That is, indeed, the question, although perhaps not for the reasons that Guichon may have in mind. It is sickening that this same-sex couple would choose to kill this unborn child — not even their child, really, but the child of this poor, mistreated surrogate mother, who has carried him in her womb — over a minor “birth defect,” particularly one as easily fixable as a cleft lip. It begs the question, “Why?” Unfortunately, that question leads into a deep, dark tunnel, with nothing but further darkness at the other end.

Earlier this year, teacher Jamie Varley and his partner John McGowan-Fazakerley were sentenced to lengthy prison terms in Britain related to the death of 13-month-old Preston Davey. Less than a week after his birth, little Preston was placed in emergency foster care, before Varley and McGowan-Fazakerley agreed to adopt the boy at about the age of nine months. After Preston was found dead, his adoptive “parents” claimed that he had accidentally drowned while unattended in the bathtub. An autopsy revealed otherwise.

Over the last several months of his life, poor little Preston had been routinely, repeatedly abused, emotionally, psychologically, physically, and sexually. Videos and photos revealed that Varley and his partner would intentionally frighten the infant, deprive him of sleep, and take pornographic photos of him, in addition to other forms of abuse. Police found at least seven instances of “indecent images” Varley had taken of Preston, many of which he had also sent to his partner. Numerous other instances were found of non-sexual physical abuse, with the child suffering bruises and contusions repeatedly. Other videos showed Preston being intentionally kept awake all night, left alone and struggling in the bath, being bruised, and nearly passing out from being spun around too hard and too fast on a playground ride. This latter video Varley turned into a meme, setting the video of the terrified and abused infant to lighthearted, upbeat music.

Over a three-month period in 2023, Preston was taken to the hospital three different times, including for breathing difficulties, a seizure, bleeding, and a fractured arm. While local police were contacted by hospital staff, no investigation was launched and no charges were filed. Four days before Preston’s death, Varley and McGowan-Fazakerley filmed themselves sexually assaulting the 13-month-old.

When the little boy was rushed to the hospital on the day of his death, unconscious and in a state of cardiac arrest, Varley, who had been home alone with Preston all day, claimed that the boy had been left unattended in the bathtub for two or three minutes and had drowned during that time. Investigators found no water in Preston’s lungs, but they did find semen. They also found at least 30 external “traumatic” injuries to the baby boy and roughly a dozen internal injuries, including bruising to his pharynx and bladder and “traumatic” injuries to his anus and intestines. Preston’s cause of death was determined to be a blockage of his respiratory system caused by an object being inserted into his mouth and throat. That object wasn’t a child’s toy.

Read more The Castroist Playbook Comes to America

A related story is that of Barrie Drewitt-Barlow, hailed as Britain’s first “gay dad” to adopt a child via surrogacy. Since first adopting in 1999, Drewitt-Barlow became a leading advocate of same-sex “parenting” and surrogacy. In May of this year, however, Drewitt-Barlow and his “husband” Scott, 25 years Barrie’s junior, were arrested on charges of rape, sexual assault, and intended sex trafficking. The charges were updated last month to reflect multiple instances of homosexual rape and sexual assault of children, including paying to rape children.

Another example is that of William and Zachary Zulock, a same-sex couple in Georgia who were imprisoned (for 100 years each, without the opportunity for parole) after repeatedly raping, sexually abusing, and sex trafficking the two boys that they adopted. The Zulocks adopted two boys, aged three and five, from the Christian adoption agency All God’s Children. Despite the fact that Zachary had been the suspect in the 2011 rape of a 14-year-old boy, the Zulocks were approved for adoption.

Within months of gaining full custody of the two boys, the Zulocks began sexually abusing them. The boys were forced to perform fellatio on their adult legal guardians and were repeatedly subjected to sexual assault and rape. At least one instance of rape was so violent that the anus of the older of the two boys was severely damaged. The Zulocks also filmed and shared their rape and abuse of the boys (police found seven terabytes of homemade child pornography on the couple’s devices) and pimped out their adopted “sons” to other gay men in the area.

According to a 2005 study conducted by psychologist Paul Cameron, same-sex couples are significantly more likely than heterosexual couples to sexually abuse their charges. Same-sex couples accounted for 53 percent of cases where both “parents” sexually abused their adoptive children, a far higher rate than their opposite-sex counterparts and a far higher rate than the heterosexual abuse of children by adults.

It’s easy to say that biological males should not be permitted to compete in girls’ sports. It’s absolutely true: the participation of boys in girls’ sports is a disgrace, not only eliminating the fairness and integrity of the competitions but posing a serious threat to the safety of young women. It’s also ridiculous: the principle that boys are boys and girls are girls and that one cannot “transition” to the other has been recognized as an immutable fact since the beginning of time. The intense propaganda campaign launched within the past decade to convince the world otherwise is rapidly collapsing.

What’s far more difficult is facing the horrors of what children (especially little boys) are subjected to when adopted by same-sex “parents.” The same principle, however, is at play: men cannot be mothers and women cannot be fathers, and a mother and a father are needed to raise a child. It’s easy for boomercons to rally around barring biological boys from girls’ sports, but confronting the horrors of same-sex “parenting” would also necessitate repudiating the civil rights “equality” regime that the boomers have squandered so much political and social capital on establishing, maintaining, and enforcing.

At some point, the abuse of children by same-sex couples — whether through traditional adoption or surrogacy — will have to be brought to an end. Until then, God alone knows how many children will be robbed of their innocence, their childhoods, even their lives.

Read more The Boy Who Carried Spain

READ MORE from S.A.
