I think it\u2019s the first time since Pedro S\u00e1nchez came to power in 2018 that we Spaniards have had a chance to celebrate something. What\u2019s more, there\u2019s something symbolic about the fact that we won the World Cup in the land of freedom. Now that the celebration hangover has passed, I want to believe this is the beginning of the New Reconquista. Spain must be freed from the scourge of corruption and communism and shine once again, bringing light to Europe and standing as a strong ally for all lovers of freedom in the West. Just as in 1582, when we used to say that \u201cthe sun never set on our empire.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Read more <a href=\"https:\/\/nationallogisticspost.com\/?p=1102\">Reigniting the American Dream<\/a><\/p>\n<div>\n<blockquote>\n<p>[S]porting competitions are much more than a game: they unite us, they rally us around a flag, and they make us feel once again\u2026<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<\/div>\n<p>Some people think sporting competitions are nothing more than crude entertainment for the masses \u2014 something like the Romans\u2019 \u201cbread and circuses.\u201d At a time when globalist elites have undermined the strength of nations and corrupted national sovereignty, sporting competitions are much more than a game: they unite us, they rally us around a flag, and they make us feel once again through all of its symbols, from the national anthem to the national colors.<\/p>\n<p>In the final, Spain suffered against an opponent that had been shamefully helped by the organizers \u2014 the corrupt organizers \u2014 time and time again throughout the tournament. This is nothing new. We\u2019ve already had the feeling that certain competitions were carefully arranged so that Leo Messi\u2019s team would come out on top. Someday someone will investigate why Messi has always been so protected by sporting institutions and the media alike. In my opinion, he is a great player, but that strange machine has cast a shadow over his career that will always follow him. I\u2019m sorry, but as a Real Madrid supporter and a lover of football, I have always felt closer to Cristiano Ronaldo, who experienced the exact opposite: throughout his career, that same mysterious machine has worked against him. And yet they still couldn\u2019t stop him. A legend.<\/p>\n<p>So I only regretted Argentina\u2019s elimination because of the great Javier Milei and the great artist Andr\u00e9s Calamaro, who by now is as much Spanish as he is Argentinian. But the important thing, as I said at the beginning, is that the streets of Spain \u2014 and of the whole world \u2014 have once again been filled with our flag, the very same flag that Pedro S\u00e1nchez\u2019s corrupt government has insulted, humiliated, hidden, and sold off piece by piece to all of Spain\u2019s enemies, simply to remain in power a little longer and postpone the grim legal reckoning that awaits him, surrounded as he is by serious corruption scandals involving his political, personal, and family circle.\u00a0<strong>(RELATED: What\u2019s Wrong With Spain? It\u2019s Pedro S\u00e1nchez.)<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Read more <a href=\"https:\/\/nationallogisticspost.com\/?p=1100\">Wisconsin Democrats\u2019 Gubernatorial Headache<\/a><\/p>\n<p>I know this isn\u2019t easy for an American to understand, but the nationalist mafia \u2014 especially the Catalan and Basque nationalists \u2014 and the Socialist Party\u2019s constant betrayals of the nation have brought Spain to the point where wearing a scarf or a bracelet in the national colors, or simply shouting \u201cLong live Spain!\u201d, is considered a \u201cfascist act.\u201d Nothing like this had happened at any point since Spain\u2019s transition to democracy in 1978. In fact, under Felipe Gonz\u00e1lez\u2019s Socialist government in the 1980s and 1990s, national sentiment was strengthened, and both the right and the left found common ground in the colors of the flag. The Socialist Party destroyed all of that in the 21st century, first under Jos\u00e9 Luis Rodr\u00edguez Zapatero and later under Pedro S\u00e1nchez. I hope my grandchildren will one day study this period in their history books under a chapter titled \u201cThe Left\u2019s Great Betrayal of the Nation.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>That\u2019s why those of us who believe in the importance of national unity and national sovereignty are overjoyed. All of Spain is dressed in red and yellow, just as the United States is draped in red, white, and blue on the Fourth of July \u2014 and just as every nation still untouched by the left\u2019s virus of division and self-destruction proudly embraces its own symbols.<\/p>\n<p>Spain has won the World Cup. But we\u2019re not just celebrating the fact that the ball crossed the goal line. We\u2019re celebrating something much greater. Something tells me that Spain\u2019s day of liberation is now on the horizon, and that it will mark the beginning of an urgent Reconquista that, once again, will begin in the lands of the Mediterranean and spread across Europe, making it once more a faithful ally of the United States in the search for the proper balance between international cooperation, shared values \u2014 Christianity, nation, and freedom \u2014 and national pride and sovereignty.\u00a0<strong>(RELATED: The West Is a Superior Civilization (And I Don\u2019t Care If That Offends You))<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>What makes us great is not globalism. Nor is it isolationism. What makes us invincible is preserving what is ours while joining in brotherhood with other nations that are equally strong, cohesive, and committed to the same values.
